Terms and Conditions BR77 – Platform Terms of Use

In this document, "BR77", "we", "platform", or "site" refer to the sports betting and online gaming service operated under the domain br77.world. "Player", "you", or "user" refers to any person who creates an account, deposits funds, or uses any feature available on BR77.

By registering on br77 and confirming your acceptance during the account creation process, you expressly acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. Continued use of the platform following any updates to the terms constitutes automatic acceptance of those changes. We therefore recommend checking this page periodically.

These Terms and Conditions supplement our Privacy Policy and the specific rules of each promotion published in the Promotions. In the event of a conflict between documents, these Terms and Conditions prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

To create an account on BR77 and use its services, users must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age on the date of registration.
• Be a resident of Brazil or be legally authorized to use online betting services.
• Hold a valid CPF registered in your name — one CPF per account, no exceptions.
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration.
• Not be included in any active self-exclusion lists or gambling restriction programs.

Creating more than one account per CPF on BR77 is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts will be closed and balances frozen pending the outcome of an investigation. Any bonuses obtained through multiple accounts will be cancelled in full.

The identity verification process — internationally known as KYC (Know Your Customer) — is mandatory for all BR77 players. It protects players against unauthorized account use and ensures compliance with anti-money laundering regulations.

Br77 may request the following documents at any time, particularly before processing the first withdrawal or upon reaching certain transaction volume thresholds:

Your BR77 account is personal and non-transferable. Only the account holder is authorized to make deposits, place bets, and request withdrawals. Sharing login credentials, transferring the account to another person, or allowing anyone else to use your account under any circumstances is strictly prohibited.

Players are responsible for keeping their login credentials secure. BR77 recommends:

• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available.

Attempts to manipulate results, use of automation software (bots), exploitation of technical vulnerabilities, or any behavior that undermines the integrity of the platform will result in immediate account closure and permanent ban from BR77.

BR77 accepts only Brazilian payment methods, in reais (R$). Available methods include:

• Pix — primary method, balance available in seconds, 24/7.
• Boleto bancário — processed within 1 business day after payment.
• Credit and debit card — the major card brands accepted in Brazil.
• PicPay and Mercado Pago — instant processing.
• TED bank transfer — available through major banks: Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, and others.

The minimum deposit is R$ 20.00. There is no maximum deposit limit set by the platform, though limits may apply in accordance with each payment method's policies or as determined by BR77's compliance team.

BR77 charges no fees on deposits. Any fees charged by the player's bank or card provider are the sole responsibility of the user and will not be reimbursed by the platform.

The minimum withdrawal amount is BRL 30.00. The balance available for withdrawal consists of the deposited real balance plus any winnings, minus any bonus amounts still subject to rollover.

The withdrawal method available at BR77 is Pix. Processing takes just minutes after the financial team approves the request. In situations requiring additional verification — such as a first withdrawal request, amounts above certain thresholds, or pending KYC — processing may take up to 48 hours.

BR77 charges no fees on withdrawals. For security purposes, withdrawals are processed to the same Pix key used for the deposit or to a key registered in the account holder's name. BR77 reserves the right to request additional confirmation before processing withdrawals to previously unused payment methods.

General rules that apply to all BR77 bonuses:

• Bonuses are credited separately from your real balance and become available for use once the activation conditions of each offer are met.
• The rollover (the wagering requirement to convert bonus funds into withdrawable balance) is clearly stated before you accept any promotion.
• Each bonus has a set expiry date — any unused bonus funds are automatically cancelled once the deadline passes.
• Only one promotion of each type may be active at a time, unless the specific offer's terms state otherwise.
• BR77 reserves the right to cancel bonuses in cases of suspected abuse, use of multiple accounts, or violation of the terms.

• Bets are final once confirmed by the system. Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled, except under the specific cancellation conditions described below.
• BR77 reserves the right to cancel or void bets in cases of obvious odds errors (odds clearly out of line with the market), unconfirmed results, cancelled or suspended events, or where there is evidence of match-fixing.
• For suspended or postponed events, bets remain valid for 48 hours. If the event is not completed within that window, bets are cancelled and the amounts are returned to the player's balance.
• The minimum bet per single selection is R$ 2.00. The minimum bet on accumulator tickets is R$ 2.00 per ticket.
• BR77 may set maximum bet limits per event or market, which are displayed when you build your bet slip.

The cash out feature lets players settle a bet before the final result, receiving a partial or full amount calculated in real time by BR77. The cash out value may be lower than the original potential winnings and is subject to technical availability at the time of the request.

The casino games available at BR77 — including slots, roulette, blackjack, baccarat, crash games, bingo, and live casino — use a Random Number Generator (RNG) audited by an independent body. This ensures that all results are genuinely random and are not influenced by the platform or by previous outcomes.

BR77 is an entertainment and betting platform intended for individual players. The following conduct is expressly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and permanent ban:

• Creating multiple accounts to repeatedly claim bonuses ("bonus abuse").
• Using automation software, bots, or scripts to place bets or play casino games without real human interaction.
• Placing bets on events whose outcome is already known or has been manipulated ("match fixing").
• Conducting suspicious financial transactions characterized as money laundering or attempts at irregular financial activity.
• Coercing, threatening, or harassing other players, support team members, or any br77 employees.

BR77 cooperates fully with Brazilian regulatory and law enforcement authorities in investigations involving suspected or illegal activity identified on the platform.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time via live chat or by emailing suporte@br77.world. Before closure, any available balance will be processed for withdrawal via Pix, subject to any pending bonus rollover requirements.

BR77 may close or suspend accounts in the following cases, without prior notice:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms and Conditions.
• Evidence of fraud, document forgery, or false information provided during registration.
• Verification that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Regulatory or court order.
• Inactivity for more than 12 consecutive months.

In cases of closure due to a terms violation, BR77 may withhold bonus balances and any winnings derived from bonuses. Real deposited funds not subject to a pending rollover will be returned to the player once the investigation is complete, unless otherwise determined by a competent authority.

• Unauthorized access resulting from the player's own negligence in safeguarding their credentials.
• Tax consequences for the player related to winnings on the platform — each player is solely responsible for their tax obligations under applicable Brazilian law.

BR77's maximum liability under any circumstance is limited to the real balance available in the player's account at the time of the relevant event.

Continued use of the BR77 platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes automatic acceptance of the updated terms. If you disagree with any change, you may request account closure before the effective date with no penalty.
